Dr. Alyssa Fischbach-Charron is a Nebraska board-licensed Chiropractic Physician and a northeast South Dakota native. Dr. Alyssa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Human and Sports Physiology from Wayne State College where she also played NCAA Division II College Women’s Basketball for the WSC Wildcats. After WSC, Dr. Alyssa attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in November 2014.

Dr. Alyssa was able to play in every high school and college game of her athletic career and gives a lot of credit to chiropractic care for keeping her healthy and able to perform at a high level. Dr. Alyssa’s own experiences with chiropractic care during this time led her to this profession and her focus on chiropractic care for athletes with a special emphasis on stability, mobility, and functional performance. She also has a passion and focus on prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care for women and children, but enjoys treating patients of all types and ages.

Dr. Alyssa and her husband, Kraig reside in Central City with their two daughters, Addisyn and Ella. Dr. Alyssa enjoys music, outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and hunting, coaching, sports, and of course spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Payton Rinkol is a Nebraska board-licensed chiropractor and proud Nebraska native. Born and raised in Silver Creek, Nebraska, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and the importance of community values that continue to shape both her life and her approach to patient care today.

Dr. Payton earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from University of Nebraska-Kearney before continuing her education at Cleveland University-Kansas City, where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic. During her time in chiropractic school, her passion for helping others live healthier, more active lives continued to grow, and she is excited to bring that passion back home to Nebraska.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Payton is passionate about helping patients of all ages reach their peak potential and improve their quality of life. She believes the body is designed to move, adapt, and thrive, and she enjoys helping others unlock that potential through improved movement, function, and overall wellness. Her goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to feel their best and live life to the fullest.

Dr. Payton and her fiancé, Dylan, reside in Genoa, where they enjoy staying active outdoors and being involved in their community. In her free time, Payton loves musical theater, cheering on the Huskers, and spending time exploring thrift stores and antique shops.

Chelsie Paup grew up in Central City. Chelsie went to Central City High School and Graduated in 2009.
Chelsie joined the team in 2022 as the patient coordinator. She will be your friendly smile when you walk through the door, helping make your appointments, answer the phone and answering any question you may have.

Chelsie and her husband B.J. reside 5 miles outside of Central City on a small farm with their two children, Avery and Dakota. When Chelsie is not helping you at Next Level Chiropractic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, spending time at the river, music, and watching sports.

Rachael Mildenstein is a Central City native. Rachael went to Central City High School and Graduated in 2004.

Rachael and her family have received chiropractic care from Next Level Chiropractic since it opened in 2020. She joined the team in 2022 as the billing coordinator. She has learned a lot about the insurance world since starting and is here to answer any of your billing or insurance questions.

Rachael and her husband Ryan reside in Central City with their three children, Nolan, Henry, and Norah. Rachael loves animals and enjoys outdoor activities including gardening, camping, bike riding and just hanging out in the backyard hosting family and friends.
